As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to wreak havoc around the world, cleaning supplies are disappearing off the shelves. People are panicking about every doorknob, toilet seat, subway rail, and packaging they touch.
By now, we all are confined to our homes, and many of us might be going a little crazier due to self-isolation. But that’s all to flatten the curve of the Coronavirus spread. We can stay inside our homes; there is no problem with that. Or the one who needs to go to stores for getting essential commodities? In that case, we all may want to know how long the novel coronavirus can stay on different surfaces.
The answer that may disappoint many of us is “No.” We do not know how long the COVID-19 pathogen can linger on different surfaces.
