The World’s Richest Pets
Some people love their pets so much, they treat them like children, but you’d never
think of leaving your hard-earned cash to them once you pass. Some lavish
owners loved their pampered pooches so much, that they left them an inheritance fit
for a King.
Gunther IV is by far the richest on our list. This German Shepard inherited a grand total
of £307m when his owner, Countess Karlotta Liebenstein, sadly passed away. Gunter
owns a villa in the Bahamas, and regularly dines on caviar, white truffles and steak.
The richest reptile on our list is Silverstone, the beloved tortoise of Christina Foyle, the
bookshop tycoon. Christina left Silverstone the princely inheritance of £20,800 and a
permanent caretaker to take care of him.
